Dead Leaves & The Dirty Ground

Well its October already and that means its time for another new batch of stuff. The Autumn Catalogue has gone online. Just click catalogue on the navigation to launch it.

We've got 4 new decks arriving in the next few weeks. New one-off models for Joel, Soy and Snowy. We've got Joel Guitar (7.625 x 31.6) Soy Bird (7.75 x 31.6) Snowy Landscape United (8.00 x 32.0) and a new City Tribute representing our friends up in Manchester. That boards got a Hacienda/Boddingtons vibe and comes in 7.875 x 31.8. Manchester represent!

Along with the Manchester board there is a limited edition wheel to match. 52mm. Snowy also has a new wheel out to match his latest model. His is 50mm.

All of this should be in shops later this month. Then when December is just around the corner we'll be releasing another new series and a video. Glass will keep you updated on that but filming is drawing to a close and the premiere is just about to be booked.

The Landscape Podcast will also be going live so you can get all the new trailers and features. In the first week we should have an episode with Soy in Paris talking about his new graphic. An episode welcoming Nick Stansfield and the new Manchester City Tribute plus the new trailer for the upcoming video. We're also going to be releasing Portraits in it's entirety, the other promo edits 'Untitled' and 'Landscape in Paris' along with clips from the new video, off cuts and other edits.

Check back soon and we'll tell you how to subscribe.

How man!

Bingo sent us a digicam alternative angle of Rory's banger in Newcastle (sorry if I got that wrong Binksy!) which I encourage you to seek out, shred and then go and deliver a nice bacon sandwich to Mischief! You'll probably find some of the members of Venom hanging out in there too. Oh and you'll deffo want one of these bad boys!

7.9.08

Love will tear us a heart again.

OK last bit of Big Pushery for you, a couple of offcuts and alternative angles...Oh and here's some digicam bollocks too - complete with another literal "Big Push".

Currently in production is a Landscape Podcast with some Soy stuff and behind the scenes with the other riders... We'll let you know how to subscribe soon.

J'voudrais un Poisson Croissant avec une Boisson...

Docco have posted up the Big Push edits so you can now view ours before you vote. Have a look and let us know what you think. We're still filming for the video and I just got back from my time in Paris with Soy which was pretty productive, even with a couple of days of rain. Look out here for some offcuts and some bloggery from our exploits in the weeks to come as we try to finish off the new DVD.

You need to get out more...

Cheers to Henry for knocking together this edit of our unused park footy from the Big Push (yeah, yeah... our part was 100% street, blah blah). As you'll see Nick Stansfield rules the Central Skatepark in Manchester - think you're hard? Get down there and try his moves.

25.8.08

Bonnet du Douche!

Another Big Push offcut? Oh alright then - how about an unused Rory trick and an alternative angle of Stansfield's banger?Oh and seeing as I'm in Paris with Soy right now this pic seemed appropriate to encourage you to vote for us! Click Paris on the Raspberrys and see justice done!

Does your dog bite?

So, you've got Docco right? You've watched the DVD, you've peeped the photos - what did you think? We smashed it right? So click the vote button and show us some love! We had a great time anyway but winning would be a nice touch eh?We kept a few bits back, mainly 'cos we wanted our part to be 100% street, so over the next week or so you can have a few skatepark bits and more to look at. Nick Stansfield line in Glasgow anyone?

Oh and if you haven't even got the mag and DVD yet (duh!) then you could watch this trailer for our edit on the Document site to give you an idea. Now go buy the damn magazine!

P.S. I'm in Paris for a week filming with Soy as I write this so please excuse the smell of garlic on the site for the foreseeable future.

Not long until the new Document is out complete with our Big Push article and DVD part! Get your voting fingers ready!

In the mean time we'd like to draw your attention to a sick DVD from Japan we think you'd like.

It's called Overground Broadcasting by The Far East Skate Network. The director Morita is a good lad and a friend of ours so put some money in his pockets - trust me, you won't regret it! There's literally skateboarding you won't have seen before. Click here to check their website and order a copy!

Hard to tell from this one clip but Gou Miyagi doesn't use griptape - he uses cloth glued to the top of his board. After you've watched this part you won't be taking the piss!

And finally - check out our Big Push cameraman Henry's 11th Hold Tight London edit - amazing as ever!

Oh and have you watched the free new video over at the Traffic site? Daaamn son!

Yeeaahh Maaan!

We are very proud to announce that our long-time rider and great friend Joleon Pressey is now pro for Landscape Skateboards. He's proved his worth time and time again as an amazing skateboarder and a great role model for kids. No, wait...

Anyway, both his boards come with massive amounts of free good luck and the guarantee of landing every trick. Don't believe us? Buy one and find out! They're in the shops now along with his "tie-dye" wheel. Yeeeaah maaan! His Pro-Ad will be running in next months Document.

Also hitting the shops very soon are these two shirts. You can see some of the riders rocking the Joy Division ones in the Big Push slide show. Joel was also into the Peace shirt... but in it's pre tie-dyed state.

Both shirts are limited edition for summer. As always.. shops contact Power Distribution 0208 421 4224 and Nick will sort you out.

My father wasn't scared of the Shogun but the Shogun was scared of him.

We're back baby! Wooo! After an emotional roller coaster of a week we've got back from the Big Push. Snowy, Soy, Joey, Rory, Jin, Joel, new rider Nick Stansfield and our special guest Will Ainley smashed it all around our green and pleasant land for the past 7 days.

We hit spots in England and Scotland and managed to stay on the right side of the weather for the most part. It was a relaxed but productive trip and most of the week was spent laughing which is the most important thing. The rest of the week was spent rapping along to the Wu-Tang as usual. Soy especially.

Have a look at the slideshow above for shits and giggles. Thanks also to Nissan for lending us two of those nice Qashqai cars for the week - I couldn't find the button that makes it do kickflips though.
